Daniel is an Organizational Behavior graduate student with a background in academic lecturing and in applied, experimental, and clinical psychology research. He has professional experience in information technology security, mindfulness, and military service (USMC). Daniel is Passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion in STEM; the science of organizational effectiveness in research and development teams; collective intelligence; and leveraging human capital for strategic benefit. He is experienced in quantitative, qualitative, and mixed methods research. During his downtime, you will find Daniel at the Crossfit box wrestling with gravity, or doing kitchen chemistry and art projects with his partner Carolyn.
